I’m lucky to live by the town square and the markets, so today I was entertaining myself by watching a heated argument between the fish merchant and rather a large matron. The merchant finally slapped the matron with a trout, and the matron retaliated by grabbing an egg from the adjacent stall and smashing it into the merchant’s head. Then the guards arrived, took both of them to the barracks and my entertainments was gone. Watching old gaffers smoking pipe and yapping about the weather doesn’t provide so much entertainment, so I fell alseep on my window…

Suddenly I was in the Faire, in a beautiful, dimly-lit ballroom, which was surrounded by an enchanted forest. I was wearing a gorgeous gown and a mysterious mask – and Ilyan asked me to dance! He was so handsome in his formal attire that I almost swooned, and when we danced it was like there was no one else in the entire world. Then he leaned in to kiss me…

“Hear ye, hear ye!! Fantasy Faire is opening in only two days!! Don’t miss yer chance to see beautiful regions filled with wonders!!” With my typical luck, the town crier just had to come to shout right outside my window. As you can guess, that woke me up, and next time I fell asleep, I just dreamed of getting caught in the Faire wearing just my under garbs.

Yes, I have another sneak peak for you. I’m wearing this fabulous gown from Whymsical Marketplace. It comes also in other colours, if white’s not your thing. The beautiful golden mask is from Air and it’s also available in silver. The ball room itself is an Enchanted Woods skybox from Quills & Curiousities and it’s gorgeous. I edited the lights to be a bit dimmer for my picture (kudos for the creator for making it mod) and it worked perfectly to my pic. I’m sure I’ll be using this for pictures a lot in the future, too.
