As I told you in my previous post, Nim and I planned an adventure to “borrow” some griffin eggs to the local mage, so we could fund our shopping-spree in the Fantasy Faire.

The nest was located in a remote mountain. It took us an hour to walk there and two to climb up to the peak because it was quite a rough road up. We both slipped a couple of times, me a little more often, but we made it to the top eventually!

Nim’s a better climber than me, so we decided she’d go for the eggs and I’d be on the look out for the griffin mama. Thankfully the mama was nowhere to be seen, I don’t think she’d have taken kindly seeing us so near her home!

Finally Nim made it to the top of the nest – only to find it empty. We had come all this way for nothing and we still had to get back home. At least it was easier to go down a mountain. When we finally got back to town, we marched into the nearest tavern to have a huge tankard of ale!

Here’s yet another sneak peek from the Fantasy Faire goodies! We’re both wearing outfits from Jazabelle. They got a couple of different outfits of the same theme in the Faire and they were perfect for going into an adventure. They all have loads of customization options and lots of things included in the pack, too! Nim’s also wearing a warpaint from Brynn’s BoM-Squad, which comes in many colours, transparencies and mirrored versions. The awesome griffin’s nest is from Multifarious.

I got the idea for this pic when I saw the griffin’s nest, cause I’ve been itching to use the pose Nim uses, although I had to do some minor edits to it. Both of the poses are from Del May, but to my great sadness, the store is closed now. I hope she re-opens at some point, cause whenever I need quirky and expressive poses, Del May’s been my place to go.
