When the Fairelands faded into mists last year, I decided to go on hibernation, because the wait for the next Faire is just so long. First counting months – and there’s twelve of them!! – then weeks, days and finally there’s just minutes left. I forgot to set an alarm to wake me, though!

So, there I was in my pretty patio oversleeping happily on a crescent moon in my fae-form, when a beautiful melody caught my ear. I looked around, but there was just some pink clouds, which quickly turned into a pawlice patrol chasing me through last year’s Fairelands, and then to the absolute terror of having to make a speech at the Fairelands masked ball, yet the pleasant melody, which didn’t fit to my dream-turned-into-a-nightmare at all, was just going on and on.

What the heck was going on?? Just as I thought the nightmare couldn’t get any worse, my ball gown vanished, and there I was wearing beige, granny-styled undies in front of the entire attendance of the masked ball, failing at my speech. The melody kept increasing in volume so much that it was nearly deafening – and that’s when I started to stir!

I looked around and the music seemed to be coming from a strange harp with no player, which was now standing in my patio. I’m pretty sure it wasn’t there when I went on hibernation, because I think I’d remember a giant harp!  Anyway! Now when I was fully awake, the melody grew quieter, and I heard the lyrics in the wind repeatedly. “Wakey, wakey, it’s almost time. It’s almost time…”

Shyte!!! Did I hibernate too long?! Now fully awake, I leaped down from my crescent moon and glanced at the Panic Flamingo. Phew, there’s still one day. I did not miss the Faire!!

I couldn’t resist making a sneak peek look, cause there’s just so many new pretties at the Faire again! I will update the slurls as soon after opening as I can. I live in SLT +10, so I might be Friday morning for me.
