“That’s what you said last time, and the time before that and before that!” She responded angrily.
“She was coming on to me hard! I tried to resist with my best ability, but she didn’t take no for an answer!” He continued, still pleadingly.
“I saw the whole thing! So, don’t you dare to put the blame on her! Who knows what would have happened if I hadn’t come to the room when I did! We have a reputation to uphold and you running after every young and pretty skirt does no good to it!” She yelled at him furiously.
“But cupcake…” He tried to interject.
“No! Not a word! Imagine if the Guild got a whiff of this?! We’d be the laughingstock of the wizarding community. And all because you can’t keep your pants on!!” She went on fuming.
“Well, technically I’m wearing a robe.” He countered.
“Pants, robes, who cares? Next time you do something like this, I swear I’ll file for a divorce!
