I heard a rumour that Mr Williston, the head engineer of the Royal Army, had designed a prototype of an airship that is extremely lightweight and thus faster than any existing airship. A vehicle like that could easily outrun my getaway airship and get me and my crew imprisoned – or even hanged.

I happen to know that Mr Williston always has a card game on Friday evenings, and her secretary Miss Winterheart is usually working late. I took Wynn, my second in command, with me and we snuck into the engineer’s office. Miss Winterheart needed just the right mix of intimidation and persuasion until she handed us the blueprints. We’re bandits, not murderers, so we tied her up, spared her life and fled into the dark of the night.

I got the idea for the pic when I saw these two guns and the office set at the Engine Room event. Of course, they’re not the only items I found from there, and we’re wearing quite a few other items from the event in this post, too. I have to admit I found so much cool stuff, that I couldn’t fit them all in this one post, so I’ll need to make one, maybe two, more posts later. Anyway, if you like steampunk, this is THE event to go. 😀
