Today we ventured to the beautiful Mythspire Ridge, sponsored by Cerridwen’s Cauldron and built by Elicio Ember. I have to say I’ve missed his sims at the Faire and I’m superhappy that he’s back at building worlds!

Anyway, a couple of guys in a tavern told us there’s a ball at Mythspire Ridge today, so we dressed up beautifully, hoping to attract some handsome suitors. First, we did some shopping, though! Then we just wandered around taking in the peaceful beauty of the place and trying to find the ball room.

After walking around for a good hour we came across a glowing mushroom field. Nim thought they might the kind of ‘shrooms we could smoke, so we studied them for a while. I was just in the process of picking one up, when a tiny pawlice officer arrived and gave us a good scolding for touching them. Thankfully he didn’t throw us in jail.

The Faire is slowly coming to an end, which makes me sad. It always comes to an end way too soon and then I need to wait another year for the next one again. Fortunately, it’s always worth the wait.
